About the Job:
We are currently looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our Automall team in Dubai. You will provide support services to front and back office departments, like offering customer refreshments, maintain office stationaries and perform other administration tasks.
Specifically, you will have the following responsibilities:
Provide immediate and attentive customer service
Monitor the cleanliness of the showroom
Greet and welcome customers in a cheerful manner
Keep and maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen/pantry and the toilet
Ensure the availability of all kitchen and toilet supplies at all times (i.e. soap, air freshener, tissue, coffee, tea, sugar, etc)
Prepare the drinks of the employees and guests
Order food for guests/employees as requested
Ensure that cars displayed at the showroom are visibly clean and free from dust
Collect and distributes paperwork, such as records or files from one department to another.
Assist trade sales filing of documents
Ensure that all auction displayed vehicles interior and exterior are always kept clean
The ideal candidate for this role should be a high school graduate. You must have at least 1-year experience as an Office Assistant. You are highly organized to maintain electronic / paper files and office supplies. You will be able to copy and duplicate manuscripts, documents, letters, other business related materials on photocopying machines. You also need to have the knowledge in preparing various tea & coffee especially Arabic drinks, coffee and tea. You are respectful, courteous, responsible and has good communication skills.
